Payment and Disconnect Policy
- Charge Account bills become past due 30 days after the billing date
- Failure to receive a bill does not prevent being cut-off from charging to your account or additional service charges
- Charging for disposing at the Northwest Solid Waste Facility may be put on hold for failure to pay a past due balance in full and in a timely manner
- To restore charge account privileges, all current and past due charges and fees, must be paid in full
- An additional deposit may be required depending on the total tons being disposed of on a monthly basis
