What the Program Does
A trained case manager works directly with survivors to:
-
- Identify unmet needs
- Develop personalized recovery plans
- Coordinate services with FEMA, nonprofits, and local resources
- Connect residents with funding, repairs, housing, and long-term support
Why It Helps
Recovering after a disaster often involves multiple agencies, documents, inspections, and deadlines. Case managers simplify the process by acting as a single point of contact who guides, supports, and advocates for you throughout your recovery journey.
