Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
About the TAC
The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is composed of technically qualified representatives employed by or associated with a public or semi-public agency.. The TAC works cooperatively in an advisory capacity to the MPO on technical matters relating to transportation.

Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC)
About the CAC
The Citizen’s Advisory Committee (CAC) was established under the Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration 23 CFR Part 450.316. The CAC assists the MPO in conducting effective public information and participation programs, and to act as a representative panel for advising the MPO of public opinion regarding transportation policy issues.
Any members of the public are welcome to attend CAC meetings. Hernando and Citrus County residents interested in serving on this volunteer committee are encouraged to apply for membership.
Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC)
About the BPAC
The Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) assists the MPO by providing input on bicycle and pedestrian network planning, plan review, plan implementation and education and coordination.
Any members of the public are welcome to attend BPAC meetings. Hernando and Citrus county residents interested in serving on this volunteer committee are encouraged to apply for membership.
