The Brooksville Medical Clinic is an outpatient facility. Services are provided by appointment only. New patients are accepted with a completed application. Hernando County Veteran Services provides assistance with completing the application (Form 10-10EZ).

Tampa Veterans Hospital is a 327 bed tertiary care teaching hospital, with 300 authorized nursing home care beds (180 in Tampa, and 120 beds in Orlando) with a diverse patient mix, serving 350,000 veterans in central Florida. The Hospital is approximately 45 minutes South of Brooksville.
From US 41: (Southbound) Go South on US 41 through Land O' Lakes. US 41 turns into Nebraska Ave. in Tampa. Go to signal at Fletcher Avenue and turn left. Take Fletcher to Bruce B. Downs and Turn Left. James A. Haley Hospital is two blocks down on right.
From US 19: Go South on US 19. Turn left on SR 52. Proceed on SR 52 to US 41 and head south (right turn). Continue south until Fletcher Ave. Turn left onto Fletcher. Take Fletcher to Bruce B. Downs and turn right. James A. Haley Hospital is two blocks down on right.
From I-75: Take I-75 South to I-275. Follow I-275. Take the Fletcher Ave. E. exit and Turn left onto Fletcher Ave. E (Approximately 36 miles from I-75 and Hwy 50.) Follow Fletcher E. to Bruce B. Downs Blvd. and Turn Right. James A. Haley Hospital is two blocks down on right.
