ACCESS Florida Assistance

About ACCESS Florida (MyACCESS)

ACCESS Florida, now known as MyACCESS, is a program through the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) that helps individuals and families apply for government assistance, including food assistance (SNAP), Medicaid, and Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA). Eligibility is based on income and household circumstances.

How to Apply

You can apply for assistance in any of the following ways:

  • Online at myaccess.myflfamilies.com — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • By phone at 1-866-762-2237 (Customer Call Center)
  • Through a DCF community partner — a listing of Hernando County partners is available on the DCF Community Partner Search page
  • In person at the DCF Customer Service Center:
