Important Information About Requests

- You are not required to provide your name or the reason for your request.
- Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you prefer not to have your email address released in response to a request, please make your request by phone instead of submitting it electronically.
- A fee may apply if fulfilling a request requires significant staff time or resources.
- Requests will be completed within a reasonable timeframe as defined by Florida law. Staff will provide an estimate of both time and cost before processing.
- A 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee applies to credit card payments.
- Some records are exempt from public disclosure under Florida Statutes.
