NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hernando County Waterways Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on Monday, January 12, 2026, beginning at 6:00 P.M., in the Hernando County Lake House, 1202 Kenlake Ave, Spring Hill, FL 34606.  The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss boating and waterways related issues in Hernando County, Florida.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Hernando County Waterways Advisory Committee with regard to any matter considered at such meeting, said person will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, said person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
