NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) of the Hernando-Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will conduct a public meeting on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Hernando County Building Division Training Facility, 1661 Blaise Drive, Brooksville, Florida.  Items on the agenda include but are not limited to: 

• • Annual Election of the Chair and Vice Chair for 2026.
  • Review and Approval of October 23, 2025, Meeting Minutes
  • Presentation by the General Planning Consultant, Benesch & Associates, on the status of the Congestion Management Process (CMP)
  • Presentation by the General Planning Consultant, Benesch & Associates, on the status of the Complete Streets Update
  • Presentation by the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) on the Annual Update for the Hernando County FY2025-FY2034 Transit Development Plan (TDP)
  • Review and Recommendation of the Draft 2026 List of Priority Projects
