NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., or soon thereafter, in the Hernando County Government Center, John Law Ayers Room, County Commission Chambers, 20 N. Main Street, Room 160, Brooksville, Florida, to consider the following:

           THIS APPLICATION AND PROPOSED CERTIFICATE may be inspected by the public in the County Attorney’s Office, Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Room 462, Brooksville, FL  34601, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, legal holidays excepted.

            YOU HAVE A RIGHT to appear and be heard at this public meeting and/or to send any written objections to the County Commissioners at 15470 Flight Path Drive, Brooksville, Florida 34604.

            YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of County Commissioners, with respect to the subject matter of the hearing, that person will need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
