ASSISTANCE UNDER THE SECTION 8 PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM FOR MULTIFAMILY HOUSING UNITS THAT SERVE A SENIOR DEMOGRAPHIC

The Hernando County Housing Authority (HCHA) is requesting proposal statements from developers or owners proposing new construction or substantial rehabilitation of affordable housing that will serve elderly low- or moderate-income individuals in Hernando County, Florida. The RFP will be released on Friday, November 21^st, 2025.

 All responses to the RFP must be delivered to the HCHA, as directed in the solicitation document, by 2:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, January 6^th, 2026.
