Hernando County Procurement Department (HCPD) is responsible for the purchase of products and services for all departments under the Board of County Commissioners. We issue purchase orders and contracts and assure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. Our procurement process is operated in accordance with Hernando County Procurement Policies and Procedures, Hernando County Ordinance, Florida Statutes, the Florida Sunshine Law and Cone of Silence to ensure fairness, competition and best value
