Contractor Portal

Registered contractors can access the Contractor Portal to manage projects and permits online.
Through the portal, you can:

• • Schedule inspections and view inspection results

  • Self-issue permits for select residential projects

  • Upload new applications, revisions, resubmittals, and permit documents.

Self-Issuance Permits (Residential Only)

The following residential permits can be issued directly through the Contractor Portal:

• • Reroofs

  • Irrigation Systems

  • Heating & Air Conditioning Change-Outs

  • Garage Door and Window/Door Change-Outs

  • Electric Panel Change-Outs

  • Sinkhole Investigation Permits

Submitting Paper Applications

Paper permit applications are accepted:

• • In person, or

  • Via the drop box located in the Building Division lobby
