Permit Application Portal

Use the "Permit Application Status and Property Search" portal to access current permit information
and property records.

Through this online portal, citizens and contractors can:

    • View current permit statuses
    • Search and review property history (by owner’s name, address, key number, or parcel IDs.
    • View contractor information (by name, business, or license number)

 

 

Submitting Permit Applications

Paper permit applications are accepted:

    • In person at the Building Division office
    • Via drop box located in the lobby
    • 789 Providence Boulevard

Work Exempt from Permitting

Certain home improvement or maintenance projects 
do not require a building permit.
