REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ASSISTANCE UNDER THE SECTION 8 PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM FOR MULTIFAMILY HOUSING UNITS THAT SERVE A SENIOR DEMOGRAPHIC
The Hernando County Housing Authority (HCHA) is requesting proposal statements from developers or owners proposing new construction or substantial rehabilitation of affordable housing that will serve elderly low- or moderate-income individuals in Hernando County, Florida. The RFP will be released on Friday, November 21st, 2025.

All responses to the RFP must be delivered to the HCHA, as directed in the solicitation document, by 2:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, January 6th, 2026. Responses received after this time may not be accepted.
