MPO-20-02 Notice of Public Meeting Hernando County



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (TDLCB) of the Hernando/Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the Hernando County Building Division Training Facility, 1661 Blaise Drive, Brooksville, Florida.

Items scheduled on the agenda include, but are not limited to:
• 2020 Annual Election of Officers and Appointments
• Agency Updates
• Presentation: MidFlorida Community Services 
• Annual Bylaw approval
• Transportation Disadvantaged Program Review
• Quarterly report

If a person decides to appeal any quasi-judicial decision made by the Hernando County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board with regard to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, said person will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, said person may need to ensure that a verbatim of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, s.286.0405, F.S.
