Public Hearing to Consider Repealing Ordinance 2018-24
NOTICE OF FINAL PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, will hold a public hearing Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the County Commission Chambers, Hernando County Government Center, 20 N. Main Street, Room 160, Brooksville, Florida. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider repealing Ordinance 2018-24, the Johnathan Drive Road Paving Municipal Service Benefit Unit.
You have a right to appear and be heard at the public hearing Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the location described above, and/or to send written comments/objections within 10 days to Hernando County Department of Public Works, 1525 East Jefferson Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601. Written comments will be entered into the record at the hearing. Should you have questions regarding this issue, please call (352) 754-4060 extension 17028.
