NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2019-132

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, at its duly held public hearing on August 27, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Room 160, Hernando County Administration Building, 20 North Main Street, Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, adopted Resolution no. 2019-132 to vacate, abandon, renounce and disclaim any ownership rights of the County and public in and to the hereinafter described right-of-way:

The West 1/2 of South Florida Wren Road (a 50' R/W) as shown in Plat Book 12, Pages 45 - 59, inclusive of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Center Line Intersection of Convent Garden Road and South Florida Wren Road; Thence run S 00°00'00" W, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the South Right of Way Line of Convent Garden Road, this point also being a Point of Beginning; Thence run S 00°00'00" W, a distance of 224.71 feet along the Center Line of above mentioned South Florida Wren Road to a point on the South Line of Section 9, Township 22 South, Range 18 East; Thence run N 89°47'52" W, along the South Line of Section 9, a distance of 25.01 feet; Thence run N 00°00'00" W, a distance of 224.19 feet along the West Right of Way Line of said South Florida Wren Road to the Northeast Corner of Lot 8, Block 363, Royal Highlands, Unit 5, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 45 - 49, inclusive of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida; Thence run S 90°00'00" E, a distance of 25.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 5,611.10 Sq. Ft. More or Less.

AND

The East 1/2 of South Florida Wren Road (a 50' R/W) as shown in Plat Book 12, Pages 45 - 59, inclusive of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Center Line Intersection of Convent Garden Road and South Florida Wren Road; Thence run S 00°00'00" W, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the South Right of Way Line of Convent Garden Road, this point also being a Point of Beginning; Thence run S 90°00'00" E, a distance of 25.00 feet to the Northwest Corner of Lot 1, Block 362, Royal Highlands, Unit 5, as recorded in said Plat Book 12, Pages 45-59, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida; Thence run S 00°00’00” W along the East Right of Way Line of above mentioned South Florida Wren Road, a distance of 225.23 feet to a point on the South Line of Section 9, Township 22 South, Range 18 East; Thence run N 88°47’52” W along the South Line of Section 9, a distance of 25.01 feet; Thence run N 00° 00'00" E, a distance of 224.71 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 5,624.20 Sq. Ft. More or Less.

AND, said Resolution hereby renounces any right of the County and the public in and to the aforesaid land.
