NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2019-117
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, at its duly held public hearing on July 30, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Room 160, Hernando County Administration Building, 20 North Main Street, Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, adopted Resolution no. 2019-117 to vacate, abandon, renounce and disclaim any ownership rights of the County and public in and to the hereinafter described right-of-way:
DESCRIPTION A PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING DESCRIBED AS:
COMMENCE AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF COUNTY LINE ROAD AND THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SPARKS ROAD, SAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE BEING 20 FEET FROM, WHEN MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES TO, THE WEST LINE OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE N.00°00'25"E., ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SPARKS ROAD FOR A DISTANCE OF 445.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE LEAVING SAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE, N.89°45'26"W., FOR A DISTANCE OF 31.32 FEET; THENCE N.00°17'56"E. A DISTANCE OF 229.20 FEET; THENCE N.00°04'05"W. A DISTANCE OF 299.93 FEET; THENCE N.01°02'02"W. A DISTANCE OF 300.18 FEET; THENCE N.89°54'07"W. A DISTANCE OF 9.01 FEET; THENCE N.00°00'25"E. A DISTANCE OF 657.10 FEET; THENCE S.89°59'35"E. A DISTANCE OF 50.00 FEET; THENCE S.00°00'25"W. A DISTANCE OF 657.18 FEET; THENCE N.89°54'07"W. A DISTANCE OF 5.00 FEET; THENCE S.00°00'25"W. A DISTANCE OF 829.33 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
AND, said Resolution hereby renounces any right of the County and the public in and to the aforesaid land.
