NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, will hold a public hearing on December 18th, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Room 160, Hernando County Administration Building, 20 North Main Street, Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, to consider and determine whether or not the County will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and public in and to the hereinafter described portion of right of way:
LEGAL DECRIPTION A PORTION OF RICEBIRD AVE. TO BE VACATED.
Said portion of RICEBIRD Avenue is shown on the Record Plat of “The Eighty” according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 15-16 inclusive of the public records of Hernando County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 3 of “The Eighty” according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 15-16 inclusive of the public records of Hernando County, Florida: Thence North 00°20'11" East, a distance of 59.97 feet to the Southwest corner of lot 1, Block 4, of said plat; thence North 00°21'43" East, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point of curve concave to the East, said curve having the following elements Delta 90°02'18", Radius 25.00 feet, Chord and Chord Bearing S44°37'09" E., 35.37 feet, thence 39.29 feet along the arc of said curve to the Point of tangent; thence South 89°36'00" East along the South line of said Lot 1, a distance of 244.97 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of State Road #589; thence South 00°01'35" East, along said Westerly way line a distance of 60.00 feet to a point on the North property of said Lot 1, Block 3; thence North 89°35'37" West, along said North property line a distance of 270.35 feet to the Point of Beginning.
