NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, will hold a public hearing on December 11, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Room 160, Hernando County Administration Building, 20 North Main Street, Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, to consider and determine whether or not the County will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and public in and to the hereinafter described portion of easements:
DESCRIPTION - EASEMENT VACATE:
Commence at the SE corner of Lot 3, Foxwood Plantation, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, pages 88-89, inclusive of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, and a 3" x 3" concrete marker unnumbered. Go thence along the East boundary line of said Lot 3, N00°00'22"E, a distance of 7.50 feet to a point; thence run parallel with the South boundary line of said Lot 3, N89°58'20"W, a distance of 5.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along said line, N 89°58'20"W, a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence run parallel with the said East boundary line of Lot 3, N00°00'22"E, a distance of 161.75 feet to a point 7.50 feet South of the North boundary line of said Lot 3; thence run parallel with the said North boundary line, N89°24'51"E, a distance of 5.00 feet to a point 5.00 feet West of the said East boundary line of Lot 3; thence run S00°00'22"W, a distance of 161.81 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.02 acres, more or less. Description based on that boundary survey prepared by Integrity Land Solutions Group, Inc., dated 6-26-18.
