This technical manual has been prepared as a guide for use in the planning, design and construction of water, wastewater and reclaimed water systems, or systems extensions that shall be installed in the Hernando County Water and Sewer District area and administered by the Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD).

The requirements, specifications and details contained within this technical manual shall provide minimum guidelines for uniformity, quality in design and construction. HCUD reserves the right to establish additional criteria for any project after plans review.
