For questions regarding water usage, bill amount, or final water reading, or delinquent accounts, call the Hernando County Utilities Department Customer Service Division at 352-754-4037.

PAYMENT AND DISCONNECT POLICY
Utility bills are due upon receipt and become past due 20 days after the billing date. Failure to receive a bill does not prevent service interruption or additional service charges. If this statement shows a past due balance, it should be paid immediately to avoid a late fee and possible interruption of service. If you believe the past due amount has already been paid, please contact Customer Service at (352) 754-4037  Monday-Thursday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM or Friday from 8:00AM - 4:00PM to ensure payment has been applied to this account. Your service may be disconnected for failure to pay the past due balance in full in a timely manner. In order to restore service, all past due charges, together with any fees, must be paid in full. A partial payment is not sufficient to resume service unless satisfactory arrangements have been made with our Collections Division in advance. Disconnection may result in an additional deposit being required.
