Vendor Application
Hernando County is implementing a web based
eProcurement system called BuySpeed Online (BSO). In BSO suppliers will
be able to view/update their vendor file, respond to Request for Quotes
and Bids, and receive Purchase Orders and Change Orders all online.
In order to participate in Hernando County's eProcurement system and
participate in Bid/Quote processes, and/or receive Purchase Orders, you
must register through the online system. Instructions on how to register
and guides for using the system can be found below. To register please
click on the BuySpeed OnLine link that is located on the left of the
page.
If you have any problems accessing this system, if you do not have
access to the Internet, or for account maintenance please call the
Purchasing & Contracts Department office at (352)-754-4020 Monday
through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST and our staff will be glad to
assist you.
