GENERAL INFORMATION
The Property Appraiser’s Office
is a separate Constitutional Office and follows its own application/ hiring
procedures. The Director of Human Resources & Public Relations coordinates
recruitment activities for the Property Appraiser’s Office.
The Deputies of the Property
Appraiser’s Office are not considered to be County employees, but they
are eligible for many of the same benefits as County employees and are
participants of the Florida Retirement System (FRS). The office has its
own personnel policies, which are outlined in the Deputy Personnel Manual.
